Wait, What? Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro hands on video goes live on YouTube

Xiaomi is expected to launch the Redmi Note 6 Pro in a month or so in China, and we have already got some details related to the phone, thanks to the live images that leaked recently. But today, the quick hands-on video of the device was uploaded by a YouTuber that reveals almost everything about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. As per the user, the unit he got is a pre-production unit, and he doesn’t know when the phone is going to launch.

So, the Note 6 Pro has a 19:9 display and a notch on top which houses dual front cameras, sensors, and the earpiece. Still, the phone has a huge bottom chin and some noticeable side bezels, which is not new for budget Xiaomi devices. It is a 6.26-inch panel with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 6 Pro has the Snapdragon 636 Processor, which is the same processor that powers the Redmi Note 5 Pro. Weird!

The phone has 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB internal storage. It cannot be said if the 6GB variant will also launch or not. Android 8.1.0 is running out of the box with MIUI on top.

The phone comes with dual cameras on both the front and the rear. There is a 12MP + 5MP setup on the rear while a 20MP + 2MP setup on the front. The camera comes with AI Scene detection, AI Portrait Mode and other features.

The battery underneath is a 4,000mAh unit, and sadly, there is still a micro USB port. The charger provided in the box is the normal 5V/2A charger.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will launch in Blue, Black, Pink, Gold, and Red color options and there is no information on the pricing yet.
