Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Version launched, price starts at 1,998 Yuan

Yesterday, the Meizu 16T launched in China with Snapdragon 855 at a starting price of 1,999 Yuan only & became the cheapest Snapdragon 855-powered phone. But, it lost the crown to the Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Version that launched today at a starting price of 1,998 Yuan. So, that means the iQOO Neo 855 Version is 1 Yuan cheaper than the Meizu 16T (Looks like they did this intentionally to beat the pricing of Meizu 16T).

VIVO iQOO NEO 855 VERSION – DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS

Compared to the Vivo iQOO Neo that launched in July with Snapdragon 845 SOC, there is no difference in the design. The iQOO Neo 855 Version has the same design with a screen with Waterdrop notch on the front, a triple camera setup on the back placed on the top left & an in-display fingerprint scanner. So, only the internals are different.

There is a 6.38-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The display supports HDR10. Well, the display size & resolution is also the same as Vivo iQOO Neo. So, the difference comes in the form of SOC. While the iQOO Neo has Snapdragon 845, the Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Version, as the name shows, has Snapdragon 855 SOC. There is 6/8GB RAM & 64/128/256GB internal storage. While the 128/256GB storage is UFS 3.0, the 64GB storage is UFS 2.1.

Talking about the cameras, the phone has triple cameras on the rear. There is a primary 12 Megapixel shooter with f/1.79 aperture, a secondary 8 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera & a third 5MP Depth sensor. There is a 16 Megapixel front camera. So, the camera specs are also the same as the iQOO Neo.
