Today, Poco launched two phones in the global market under the F5 series. We already talked about the Poco F5 in the previous article, which is a mid-range phone powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SOC. Alongside that phone, the company launched its flagship phone, the Poco F5 Pro. The F5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SOC, making it the most powerful Poco smartphone.

Also, if you don’t know yet, the Poco F5 Pro is a rebranded Redmi K60 with some minor specification changes.

Poco F5 Pro

Poco F5 Pro has a glass back and comes in two colors. The black option has a carbon fiber pattern under the glass back, whereas the white option has a plain back. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, an X-axis linear motor, and an IR blaster.

Under the hood, there is Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which scores over 110,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmark. There is LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Poco F5 Pro

Poco F5 Pro has a 6.67-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 1400 nits peak brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 12-bit color depth. This makes it the first Poco smartphone with a Quad-HD+ display.

The triple camera setup on the rear is identical to the Poco F5: a 64MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there is a 16MP camera. The phone supports 8K video recording at 24fps.

Poco F5 Pro

The battery size is 5,160mAh, and alongside 67W wired charging, the phone supports 30W fast wireless charging, making it the first phone by Poco with wireless charging support.

Finally, the phone runs on MIUI 14.

Poco F5 Pro starts at $449.
