The Redmi K60 is now official in the Chinese market, and the phone is the same as K60 Pro in design. In terms of specifications, too, there are similarities between the two. The price starts at ¥2499, which translates to around $359. For the price, the phone offers Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SOC, a 2K display, wireless charging, and more.

Redmi K60

The most significant difference between the K60 & K60 Pro is performance. While the K60 Pro has Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the vanilla model gets the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SOC. Due to this, the Redmi k60 has LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage (versus LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0). There is the same cooling system inside the K60 that’s present in the K60 Pro.

Another difference is in the primary rear camera. While the K60 Pro has a 54MP Sony IMX800 sensor, the vanilla model has a 64MP sensor for the primary camera (with OIS). The other camera specifications are the same.

Finally, the vanilla K60 has a bigger battery than the K60 Pro – 5,500mAh vs. 5,000mAh. The wired charging speed, however, is slower – 67W vs. 120W.

And well, these are all the differences between K60 and the K60 Pro.

The display is the same, that is, a 6.67-inch Quad-HD+ OLED panel with 1400nit peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and 12-bit color depth. The fingerprint scanner is placed under the display.

MIUI 14 runs out of the box.
