Earlier this week, we got the CAD-based renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, revealing a flat-frame design and a slightly different camera module design. Now, OnLeaks has shared the CAD-based renders of the vanilla model, the Samsung Galaxy S25. These renders were shared in collaboration with AndroidHeadlines.
Design-wise, we are looking at basically the same design as the Samsung Galaxy S24. The phone features a flat display with slim and symmetrical bezels. There is a hole punch cutout for the selfie camera. The sides are flat, and the phone does not have a boxy look like the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The only noticeable design change is that the Samsung Galaxy S25 has those rings around the camera lenses, which we also saw in the renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The source says the dimensions of the phone are 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2mm. This means the Galaxy S25 is slimmer than the 7.6mm Galaxy S24.
It is reported that the Galaxy S25 will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset in all regions, so there won’t be any Exynos models next year. A recent leak has revealed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4’s CPU goes up to 4.32GHz, so we are expecting a significant performance improvement over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 / Exynos 2400. The battery is also expected to remain identical to the Galaxy S24.
