The full specifications of both the OnePlus 8 & OnePlus 8 Pro have leaked already along with the official press renders. While we do know what the Megapixels are, we didn’t know anything about the camera sensors behind those lenses. Well, the camera specifications are now here that were shared by Ishan Agarwal with PriceBaba. These specifications suggest that the 8 Pro is similar to the Oppo Find X2 Pro in terms of the camera specs.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a Quad camera setup on the rear that includes a primary 48 Megapixel Sony IMX789 sensor with f/1.78 aperture lens. There is a secondary 48 Megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor that has an ultrawide lens with f2.2 aperture and 120-degree FOV. The third 8 Megapixel camera is a telephoto unit with 3X Optical Zoom & 30X Digital Zoom. There is a fourth 5 Megapixel Colour Filter.
The phone is also getting some new and improved camera features like all-new Night Portrait Mode, ‘3-HDR’ Video, Improved OIS and EIS, Cinematic Effects etc.
On the front, there is a 16 Megapixel camera for selfies.
Well, the camera setup is definitely upgraded when compared to the last year’s OnePlus 7 Pro so it would be interesting to see how good the cameras perform in real life.
