Xiaomi Mi Max was a huge 6.44-inch phablet launched last year by the company, and still, it is one of the best budget devices with a huge screen to buy right now. It is already known that Xiaomi is all set to launch the successor of the phablet this year. We are talking about the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Well, there’s been a lot of rumors and leaks of the device but today, we have got the Images as well as the major specs of the phone right from Weibo, the Chinese social media platform. Well, the leak seems authentic but still, since it is from a ‘not so trusted’ source, it will be good to take it in consideration with a pinch of salt.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a 6-inch screen that mean the company is going to reduce the display size from the 6.44-inch to 6-inch. The Mi Max of 2016 featured a Full HD display so, there are chances that the company is sticking with the same resolution for the Mi Max 2 also. The phablet features the newly announced Snapdragon 660 processor that is the best processor at the moment for the mid-rangers. There is 4GB of RAM and only a single camera on the back. Also, the fingerprint scanner is on the same position as on the Mi Max i.e on the rear. The headphone jack is still there on the device and the company isn’t ditching it like for the Mi6.
The phone has USB Type-C port and speaker grills on the bottom side while the headphone jack, secondary mic and IR Blaster is on the top. The phone has already passed via Geebench that revealed the same specs. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. There is 128GB internal storage space also.
