Starts at ₹35,999!

Do you remember the Vivo V23 series that launched in January? The main USP of that smartphone series was the design because the phones had color-changing Fluorite AG Glass. Today, the company launched the Vivo V25 series in the Indian market, which includes the vanilla V25 & the V25 Pro. In this article, we will be talking about the Vivo V25 Pro, which is a premium mid-range device priced at ₹35,999 for the base variant.
Design-wise, the Vivo V25 Pro has the same color-changing Fluorite AG Glass (in the Sailing Blue color) as the V23 series. The display is also curved on the sides, and this time, instead of a notch, the phone has a tiny hole punch cutout. So, there is no dual selfie camera setup on the V25 Pro, which was present on the V23 Pro. The phone weighs around 190 grams, and the thickness is 8.62mm. The frame is made of plastic, and there is a mono speaker on the bottom, which is a big con for a premium mid-range phone.
Speaking of the specs, the V25 Pro has MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SOC under the hood, which also powers phones such as the OnePlus NORD 2T, Oppo Reno 8, etc. Both the NORD 2T and Oppo Reno 8 start under ₹30,000, so that makes those phones much cheaper than the V25 Pro.
There is a 6.56-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED panel on the front with a 120Hz refresh rate. The hole punch cutout has a 32MP selfie shooter. On the back, there are three cameras. The primary camera has a 64MP sensor with OIS, the secondary camera has an 8MP sensor with an ultrawide lens, and the third camera has a 2MP sensor with a macro lens. The battery size is 4,830mAh, and there is 66W fast wired charging support.
Android 12 runs out of the box with FunTouch OS 12 on top. Other features include 8 5G bands (n1/3/5/8/40/41/77(3300-3800MHz)/78), an in-display fingerprint scanner, and NFC.
Vivo V25 Pro comes in two colors – Sailing Blue & Pure Black. The phone is up for pre-booking, and here is the pricing –
