Today, Samsung launched the 5G version of this phone, the Galaxy S20 FE 5G, and the only difference between the S20 FE and S20 FE 5G is that the latter packs the Snapdragon 865 chipset, which, as we know, is the 2020’s flagship SOC from Qualcomm featuring an integrated 5G modem. It is worth mentioning that the S20 FE with Snapdragon 865 launched in September in various markets, including the US, UK, Germany, etc.
Apart from the chipset, the specs remain the same as the S20 FE 4G launched in India last year. So there is a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full-HD+ resolution. The fingerprint scanner sits under the display. There is Snapdragon 865 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The phone has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging + Wireless Fast charging 2.0. You can also reverse wireless charge any other gadget with this phone.
The triple camera setup includes a primary 12 Megapixel shooter with OIS and 1.8-micron pixels, an 8 Megapixel telephoto lens with 3X Optical Zoom + OIS, and a 12 Megapixel ultrawide unit. There is a 32 Megapixel camera on the front. Some other features include IP68 certification, Stereo Speakers tuned by AKG, Knox Security, Samsung Wireless Dex, etc.
