Samsung has so far launched four phones under the “M” series namely Galaxy M10, M20, M30 & M40. The Galaxy M40 launched in India in June with a hole-punch display & a triple camera setup. Also, it is currently the most expensive “M” series phone from Samsung. Now, it looks like Samsung Galaxy M90 is already in the works & is going to launch in India in Q4 2019.
What about the M50, M60, M70 & M80? Well, we don’t know about these phones, but Samsung would definitely launch these devices eventually as it makes no sense to jump straight to M90 from the M40. There are going to be various variants of the phone & one of the model numbers is SM-M905F. The phone is codenamed “R6” that obviously doesn’t reveal anything special about the phone.
Now, this is going to be a premium mid-range phone so expect some high-end specs like at least Snapdragon 730, Triple or Quad rear cameras, in-screen fingerprint scanner, Infinity-O AMOLED screen or a Full-Screen design, glass & metal build etc. It is expected to come with Android Q based OneUI 2.0 running out of the box.
