The Redmi Note 14 series was officially launched in China in September with three smartphones – Redmi Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro+. The company has now announced the launch date for the Indian market. In India, the series is launching on December 9. It is worth mentioning that the Redmi Note 13 series was launched in India in January.

Assuming that there is no change in the specifications for the Indian market, the Redmi Note 14 has a flat-frame design and a flat display with slim bezels. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset and has a 5,110mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The display is a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED with a Full-HD+ resolution and a 2100 nits peak brightness. It is protected with Gorilla Glass 5, and the phone has an under-display fingerprint scanner. There are stereo speakers.
Speaking of cameras, the phone has two cameras on the rear. The primary camera has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS, and the secondary camera has a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP sensor.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro has a curved display and hence a rounded frame. The phone comes with IP68 certification, a stereo speaker setup, an IR blaster, and NFC. The chipset is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-ULTRA, and the phone has a 5,500mAh battery with 45W wired charging. There is a 6.67-inch 1.5K curved OLED display with a 3000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and up to 120Hz refresh rate.
There are three rear cameras. The primary camera has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS and an f/1.5 aperture lens. The ultrawide camera has an 8MP sensor. There is a third 2MP macro camera. The selfie camera uses a 20MP sensor.
Finally, we have the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. The phone looks almost identical to the Redmi Note 14 Pro, except for a slightly different camera module design. The phone is IP68-certified and has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front. There is Gorilla Glass 7i on the back. The phone has a massive 6,200mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging. The chipset is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.
The display is the same as the Redmi Note 14 Pro.
Speaking of cameras, the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ has a triple camera setup on the rear. The primary camera has a 1/1.55″ 50MP Light Fusion 800 sensor with OIS and an f/1.6 aperture lens. The ultrawide camera has an 8MP sensor. The third camera is a telephoto camera with a 50MP sensor and 2.5x optical zoom. The selfie shooter uses a 20MP sensor.
And well, that’s the Redmi Note 14 series in a nutshell. The prices are not yet known, but we expect the Redmi Note 14 to launch around ₹15,000, the Note 14 Pro around ₹20,000, and the Note 14 Pro+ under ₹30,000.
