Recently, we got the benchmark scores of the Redmi K70 Ultra, which features the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. The phone is launching this month in the Chinese market, and as Redmi always does, the official images of the phone were shared by the company on Weibo. These images give us our first look at the rear design.
The Redmi K70 Ultra has a similar camera module design as the other K70 series devices, but the difference is the shape of the camera lenses. Instead of circular lenses, the camera module on the K70 Ultra has squircle camera lenses. The back has a matte finish, except for the camera module, which has a glossy finish. The sides are flat, and the phone has a metal frame. There is a textured power button.
Redmi also revealed the display specifications of the phone. The Redmi K70 Ultra has the slimmest bottom chin among all the Redmi phones launched so far, at just 1.9mm. The top and side bezels are 1.7mm. The display is a 1.5K Huaxing C8+ OLED with a 144Hz refresh rate and 3840Hz UHF PWM dimming.
The K70 Ultra is launching in three colors in China – Blue, Black & White.
