Recently, Redmi started teasing the Redmi K90 Max and shared some details of the built-in cooling fan in this phone. This is going to be a performance-centric smartphone, and while the launch date is not yet confirmed, the launch is happening this month in China.
Today, Redmi shared the official renders of the phone in the silver color option, giving us our first look at the design.
Design-wise, the Redmi K90 Max has a pretty clean look. There is a dual camera setup on the rear, and the camera module has a cooling fan as well. The vents for air intake and exhaust are also in the camera module. The camera module has a small text on it saying ‘ACTIVE COOLING.’ The phone has a flat metal frame and a flat display. There are stereo speakers, and the phone has ‘Sound by Bose’ branding on the top.
While Redmi has not yet shared the specifications, as per the leaks, the Redmi K90 Max has a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, an 8,000mAh battery, 100W fast charging, and a 165Hz 1.5K display. The phone is reportedly launching globally as the Xiaomi 17T Pro.
