Tomorrow, Redmi 10 Prime will be launched in the Indian market and as we know already, this is the same phone as the Redmi 10 that was launched globally last month. Now, it seems like Redmi has made a couple of changes to the Indian version. On its Twitter handle, Redmi India revealed that the phone comes with a 6,000mAh battery which is 1,000mAh bigger than what the global variant offers i.e., a 5,000mAh cell.
Redmi also said that this is the company’s lightest smartphone with a battery of 6,000mAh capacity. Apart from the battery size, we don’t think there are any major changes compared to the global version. So, the Redmi 10 Prime has the MediaTek Helio G88 SOC, a 50 Megapixel primary camera, a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, 18W fast charging, and an 8 Megapixel selfie camera.
The price in India is expected to start at around Rs 11,000.
