The Realme GT Neo 6 SE is the upcoming mid-range smartphone from the brand and the successor to the Realme GT Neo 5 SE. Realme has not revealed the launch date, but the company has announced that the launch is happening in April. The Realme GT Neo 5 SE was powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset last year, and similarly, the GT Neo 6 SE has the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3.
Last month, the official render of the phone was leaked, revealing the rear design. Now, the brand has shared the official images of the device, confirming the previous leaks.
The phone will launch in at least two colors – Green & Silver. The phone weighs 191g, and there is a dual camera setup on the rear, with dual-LED flash. There is a flat-frame design.
On the front, the phone has a slightly curved display with slim bezels and a hole punch cutout in the center. Realme has already revealed the display specifications. This is a BOE S1 OLED display with up to 6000 nits peak brightness, 8T LTPO technology, 0.5-120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio.
While Realme has not revealed the rest of the specifications, leaks have revealed a 5,500mAh battery, 100W fast charging, and a 50MP Sony sensor for the primary camera with OIS.
The Realme GT Neo 6 SE will compete with the recently launched OnePlus Ace 3V. The Ace 3V was launched at ¥1999 (~$277) in China, and it is the first smartphone with a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SOC.
There is no information on the global launch of the GT Neo 6 SE. In fact, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE was not launched globally, so it is hard to say if the GT Neo 6 SE will make it outside China.
