Last month, the Realme GT 6 was launched in the global market, featuring the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, a large 5,500mAh battery, and a display with 6000 nits peak brightness. It is worth mentioning that the GT 6 for the global market is available in China as the Realme GT Neo 6. The brand is now going to launch the Realme GT 6 in the Chinese market, and it will be a full-fledged flagship phone.
The launch in China is taking place on July 9, and in typical Realme fashion, the company has already revealed a lot of details. Today, the brand revealed all three color options of the device. The Realme GT 6 is launching in China in three colors – White, Purple, and a special Moon Exploration Edition. The camera module design is different than the Realme GT 6 available globally. There are three rear cameras placed in a rectangular camera island, and the back has a two-tone finish.
The phone features an Aerospace aluminum frame, not a plastic frame. On the front, Realme has used the “Crystal Armor Glass” for protection which the company says is more resistant to scratches and falls. The scratch resistance has improved by 300%, and the drop resistance by 160%. But, it is not yet known with what glass the company made this comparison.
As for the display, it is a 6.78″ BOE S1+ 1.5K OLED display with a 6000 nits peak brightness and 8T LTPO technology. The battery is 5,800mAh with 120W fast charging support. This energy-dense battery technology was developed in collaboration with “Ningde New Energy.” Realme is offering a four-year warranty on the battery.
Finally, the Realme GT 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
