Poco M6+ 5G, a rebranded Redmi 13 5G, launching soon

Earlier this month, the Redmi 13 5G was launched in the Indian market, featuring a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chipset, a 5,030mAh battery, and 33W fast charging. The phone is relaunching in India soon as the Poco M6+ 5G. It is worth mentioning that the Redmi 12 5G was launched as the Poco M6 Pro 5G last year in the Indian market.

The official renders of the Poco M6+ 5G were shared by 91Mobiles, showing the three color options. The source also shared the pricing.

Design-wise, the phone comes with a typical Poco design on the back. There is a two-tone design, with the top half having a glossy finish and the bottom half having a matte finish. The Redmi 13 5G has a glass back, and we are expecting the same with the Poco M6+ 5G. The Poco branding is on the right side of the camera module. The phone will launch in at least three colors – Purple, Silver, and Black.

As for the specifications, nothing has changed. The phone features a 6.79-inch LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Full-HD+ resolution. There is a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chipset, UFS 2.2 storage, a 5,030mAh battery, 33W fast charging, a 108MP primary rear camera, and a 13MP selfie shooter. The phone is coming with Android 14-based HyperOS.

Speaking of the pricing, the Poco M6+ 5G will start at ₹13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. There will also be an 8GB RAM model, priced at ₹14,999. So, in terms of the starting price, there is no difference between the M6+ 5G and the Redmi 13 5G.
