Last month, the Realme 12 Pro series was launched in the Indian market with impressive camera hardware. The Realme 12 Pro features a 2x Telephoto camera, while the 12 Pro+ has a 3x Periscope camera. The brand is now teasing the launch of the Narzo 70 Pro, the successor to the Narzo 60 Pro. The phone is launching in March.
It is worth mentioning that the Narzo 60 Pro was a rebranded Realme 11 Pro. While the same might be the case with the Narzo 70 Pro, the official teaser from the brand reveals that there is a change in the primary rear camera.
The Narzo 70 Pro features the Sony IMX890 sensor for the primary camera with OIS support. This is a sensor we have seen on phones such as the OnePlus Nord CE 3, OnePlus Nord 3, OnePlus 12R, Realme 12 Pro+, Oppo Reno 11 Pro, Nothing Phone 2, and more. This is a 1/1.56″ sensor that captures 63.8% more light than the Narzo 60 Pro’s 108MP OMNIVISION OVA0B40 sensor.
Realme has not revealed the rest of the specifications, but from the official teasers, we can notice a flat-frame design, which also means a flat display. For comparison, the Narzo 60 Pro had a curved display. There is a circular camera module similar to the Realme 12 Pro series.
The Narzo 60 Pro was launched in India at a starting price of ₹23,999, so we expect the Narzo 70 Pro to be priced under ₹25,000 as well.
