In July last year, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra was launched in the Indian market at ₹89,999, featuring the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Today, the brand launched its successor in the Indian market, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra. The price has increased by ₹10,000, so the phone is now priced at ₹99,999. But it is worth mentioning that the Razr 40 Ultra was launched with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, whereas the Razr 50 Ultra features 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Design-wise, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has a similar design as its predecessor. One of the highlights of the Razr 40 Ultra was the large cover display. The Razr 50 Ultra has an even larger display on the outside, thanks to slimmer bezels. Compared to a 3.6-inch cover display last year, the Razr 50 Ultra features a 4-inch cover display. The cover display has Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and the phone is IPX8 certified. There is a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

As for the specifications, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has a 4-inch Full-HD+ LTPO OLED cover display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The inner display is a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ LTPO OLED with a 165Hz refresh rate. The dual camera setup on the outside has a primary camera with a 50MP LYT-600 sensor and a 2x telephoto camera with a 50MP LYT-600 sensor. The selfie camera has  32MP sensor.

Under the hood, the Razr 50 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SOC, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The battery is 4,000mAh, and there is 45W wired + 15W wireless charging support.

Finally, the phone runs on Android 14 out of the box.
