Today, along with the Moto G9 Plus, Motorola also launched the Moto E7 Plus in Brazil & as the name suggests, this is the successor of the Moto E6 Plus, which launched a year ago with Helio P22 SOC, a 5,000mAh battery & dual cameras. The E7 Plus comes with an upgraded chipset, the same battery size, a better camera & a bigger display.
The E7 Plus is an entry-level phone, so there is a full polycarbonate build, a display with a waterdrop notch & a huge bottom bezel, micro-USB port, a rear-facing fingerprint scanner & dual rear cameras. Along with the volume rockers & the power button on the right side, the E7 Plus has a dedicated Google Assistant button as well.
The phone comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SOC, which is a massive upgrade over the Snapdragon 450 since it offers a 70% better CPU performance & 60% better GPU performance. This chipset is paired with 4GB RAM & 64GB storage that is expandable via a microSD card.
On the front, there is a 6.5-inch HD+ display & there is an 8 Megapixel camera in the waterdrop notch. The battery underneath is a 5,000mAh unit & the phone comes with the normal 10W Charging support.
Finally, there is a dual-camera setup on the rear that includes a primary 48 Megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture lens & a secondary 2 Megapixel depth sensor. There is support for 1080p 60fps video recording via the 48MP camera.
