iQOO Neo 9 Pro launching next month, first look is here

That's an interesting design!

The “Neo” series by iQOO includes phones with some of the best price-to-performance ratios. We got the iQOO Neo 8 series in May, featuring the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 & Dimensity 9200+ chipsets. Next month, the iQOO Neo 9 series is launching in China and today, the company shared the first look of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.

As we can see, iQOO Neo 9 Pro has a two-tone design on the back. Now, it is possible that only one or two color options have this design and the rest have a plain back. Still, the one shown in the image above has a leather texture on the back for both the red and white portions. The phone also has a different camera module design. Unlike the square-ish camera module of the iQOO Neo 8 series, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro has two big circles on the back, each with a camera sensor. This is quite similar to what we saw on the Asus Zenfone 10.

The frame of the phone is flat and has a red paint job.

The brand announced that the phone is launching next month but there is no announcement regarding the launch date.

As for the specifications, a source has revealed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, 120W fast charging, a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat OLED display, and a 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor for the primary camera. The source also said that the frame of the phone is made of plastic, not metal.

The iQOO Neo 8 Pro was launched in China at ¥3299 (~$465) so let’s see at what price the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is launching.
