When Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 855 Plus platform, many smartphone makers hinted that they would be launching phones with this SOC in 2019. Some of these companies include Black Shark, Nubia, Realme, etc. We know that the Asus ROG Phone 2 is going to be the first Snapdragon 855 Plus-powered phone as it is launching on July 23 in China.
Today, we got to know that the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro is launching in China on July 30, i.e., a week after the ROG Phone 2 launches.

Since the non-Pro Black Shark 2 launched this year with Snapdragon 855, it is most likely that the Black Shark 2 Pro has the Snapdragon 855 Plus SOC. This is because gaming phones usually focus only on performance & not other things like cameras. We may see a display with a high refresh rate, but that is just an expectation.
Xiaomi hasn’t teased any of the features of upcoming Black Shark 2 Pro we have to wait.
