In May last year, the Vivo T1 Pro was launched in the Indian market with Snapdragon 778G chipset and a ₹23,999 starting price.  It was a rebranded iQOO Z6 Pro, and the price was the same. Today, the brand launched the successor in the Indian market, the Vivo T2 Pro, which, like last year, is a rebrand of the iQOO Z7 Pro.

Vivo T2 Pro

Design-wise, the only change is the new Dune Gold color option and the “Vivo” branding instead of “iQOO.” The rest of the design is the same. There is a curved display on the front, which is the show’s star. The back has Fluorite AG Glass, the weight is 175g, and the thickness is 7.36mm. Vivo claims this is the segment’s slimmest and lightest phone with a 3D curved display. The phone has a single bottom-firing speaker and no 3.5mm headphone jack.

The specifications are the same, too. Vivo T2 Pro has a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, an under-display fingerprint sensor, 1300 nits peak brightness, and 10-bit color depth. The chip is the MediaTek Dimensity 7200, and there is 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The battery size is 4,600mAh, and the phone supports 66W fast charging.

The dual camera setup on the rear includes a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP sensor.

Finally, Android 13 runs out of the box with Funtouch OS 13.

Vivo T2 Pro comes in New Moon black and Dune Gold colors. Here is the pricing for India –

  • 8GB + 128GB – ₹23,999
  • 8GB + 256GB – ₹24,999

The sale starts on September 29.
