Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a notch & here’s how it looks

It is going to a massive tablet from the company

We have seen quite a handful of Android tablets from various brands this year so far, and there were some new entries in this segment as well. For example, Realme launched its first Android tablet last month. Anyways, when it comes to Android tablets, one of the most popular brands is Samsung (no surprises here). The company launches tablets every year, and there are tablets from the budget, all the way up to the flagship segment. Last year, we got the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 series that includes the Galaxy Tab S7, Tab S7 Plus, and the Tab S7 FE.

Soon, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab S8 series, and we have got the renders of both the tablets via OnLeaks. As per him, apart from the vanilla and the Plus model, there is also a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Design-wise, the Tab S8 Ultra is definitely the most interesting one in this series because this one has a giant display with a notch!

The renders of the Tab S8 Ultra were shared by OnLeaks with 91Mobiles, and as we can see, this tablet comes with a massive display. As per OnLeaks, this display is almost 14.6-inch which is bigger than even most of the laptops out there! Moreover, this display features thin bezels all around, due to which the front-facing camera had to be placed in a notch on the right side (top, when used in the landscape orientation). It isn’t a big notch as on the iPhones since all it has is the selfie camera in it.

We can also spot the power button and the volume rockers on the right side, and on the back, there are two cameras. The tablet also has a place to stick the stylus & charge it when not in use.

It is also a quite slim tablet, and there is no 3.5mm headphone jack. All you get is a USB Type-C port that is placed on the bottom. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has four speakers, with two of them placed on the bottom and the other two on the top.

As per 91Mobiles, these renders do not show the final product, so there are still some design elements that are not present in these renders. Still, this is going to be a high-end humongous Android tablet from Samsung so let’s see how the company prices this one. Stay Tuned!
