Recently, the official renders of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra were leaked alongside the key specifications. Today, the full specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series were shared by WinFuture, revealing everything about all three smartphones.
Like last year, there will be three phones this year – Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Starting with the vanilla model, the Galaxy S26 has a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display with a Full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Armor 2 protection. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 had a 6.2-inch display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. In Europe, the phone is coming with the Exynos 2600 chipset built on the 2nm GAA process, which features a deca-core CPU. The CPU has one C1-Ultra core clocked at 3.9GHz, three C1-Pro cores clocked at up to 3.25GHz, and six C1-Pro cores clocked at up to 2.75GHz. There is an Xclipse 960 GPU.
The phone has 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage.
Speaking of the battery, the Galaxy S26 has a 4,300mAh battery, up from 4,000mAh last year. There is the same 25W wired charging and wireless charging. The phone has Qi2 support this year.
The camera setup is pretty much the same as last year. The Samsung Galaxy S26 has three rear cameras. The primary camera has a 1/1.56″ 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture lens, OIS, and dual-pixel PDAF. The ultrawide camera has a 1/2.55″ 12MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture lens and a 120-degree FOV. Finally, there is a 1/3.94″ 10MP sensor with a 3x telephoto lens, OIS, an f/2.4 aperture, and PDAF. There is a 1/3.2″ 12MP sensor for the selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and dual-pixel PDAF. On paper, there is no difference in the camera hardware versus the Galaxy S25. The phone supports 8K video recording at up to 30fps from the rear camera and 4K video recording at up to 60fps from the selfie camera.
Other features include stereo speakers, IP68 certification, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and Android 16-based OneUI 8.5. The phone is 7.2mm thick and weighs around 167g. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 weighed around 162g. This is expected because the Galaxy S26 comes with a bigger battery.
The Samsung Galaxy S26+ has a 6.7-inch Quad-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display with Gorilla Glass Armor 2 protection. There is an Exynos 2600 chipset for the European market, and the phone comes with 12GB of RAM with 256GB or 512GB of storage. The camera setup is the same as last year, meaning the same as the vanilla model. There is a 4,900mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging support, the same as last year. The phone has Qi2 support this year.
In fact, there is no difference at all in the weight and the dimensions when compared to the Galaxy S25+.
Finally, we have the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, which features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This one comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. There is a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO panel with Gorilla Glass Armor 2 protection. The phone has four cameras on the rear. The primary camera has a 1/1.3″ 200MP sensor with an f/1.4 aperture lens, OIS, and multidirectional PDAF. While the sensor is the same as last year’s S25 Ultra, the lens now has a wider f/1.4 aperture versus f/1.7. This means the low-light performance should be better this year.
The ultrawide camera has a 1/2.5″ 50MP sensor with dual-pixel PDAF and an f/1.9 aperture lens.
The 3x telephoto camera has a 1/3.94″ 10MP sensor with PDAF and OIS.
Finally, there is a 5x periscope telephoto camera with a 1/2.52″ 50MP sensor with an f/2.8 aperture lens, PDAF, and OIS. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra had a 5x periscope telephoto camera with an f/3.4 aperture lens. This is a big upgrade because this means the low-light performance of the 5x telephoto camera will be noticeably better this year.
The selfie camera has the same sensor as the other two phones.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery with a faster 60W wired charging support. So, while the battery size remains unchanged, the charging speed has been improved. The phone has Qi2 support this year.
The phone is 7.9mm thick and weighs around 214g. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra was 8.2mm thick and weighed around 218g. So, the S26 Ultra is lighter and slimmer than its predecessor.
Finally, speaking of the pricing, the Samsung Galaxy S26 is coming with a starting price of €999, the S26+ at €1269, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra at €1469 in Europe.
