Today Samsung launched two new budget phones in India named Galaxy M11 & Galaxy M01. The Galaxy M11 isn’t a new device since it was announced in March this year. Anyways, while the Samsung Galaxy M11 is a sub-Rs 15,000 device, the Galaxy M01 is priced under Rs 10,000 in India. Starting today, both these phones are available on Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung Website & also Samsung’s offline stores.
The Galaxy M11 comes with a punch-hole display on the front & a triple camera setup on the rear. The fingerprint scanner is also placed on the back. It is a 6.4-inch HD+ TFT LCD panel, and the phone comes with Snapdragon 450 chipset.
Just for your information, the Snapdragon 450 SOC launched in 2017 & we don’t even see it powering the entry-level phones these days. Still, Samsung decided that it would be a good idea to use it for a phone priced above Rs 10,000 in India. Sigh!
Samsung Galaxy M11 comes with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB storage that is expandable up to 512GB. There is a 5,000mAh battery & support for 15W fast charging.
The triple camera setup on the rear includes a primary 13 Megapixel camera paired with a 5 Megapixel ultrawide camera & a 2 Megapixel depth sensor. On the front is an 8 Megapixel camera for selfies. Here is the pricing of Galaxy M11 in India –
