Realme Pad X is now official in China, and this is the company’s third Android tablet after the Realme Pad & Realme Pad Mini. While there were rumors of it being a high-end tablet with Snapdragon 870 SOC, that is not the case. This is a budget tablet from the company featuring the Snapdragon 695 SOC.
Design-wise, Realme Pad X seems to have a metal build like the previous tablets from the company. There are three color options to choose from, with one having a two-tone design on the rear. There is a single camera on the back with no LED flash. The tablet features Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and a magnetic connector on the side to charge the stylus wirelessly. The tablet is just 7.1mm thick and weighs around 499g.
Speaking of the stylus, it has a metallic build & recognizes 4096 different pressure levels. When the tablet is locked, you can use the stylus to quickly use the notes functionality, kind of like what the S-Pen does. And as mentioned above, you can wirelessly charge the stylus using the magnetic connector on the side of the Realme Pad X. The stylus offers a battery life of up to 10.6 hours. And finally, the stylus will be sold separately.
Realme Pad X has an 11-inch LCD with a 2K resolution (2000×1200 pixels) and a peak brightness of 450 nits. The screen-to-body ratio of the tablet is 84.6%. Under the hood, there is the Snapdragon 695 SOC, and we don’t think there is 5G support, even though the SOC supports 5G. This is because,s on the official website, Realme did not mention ‘5G’ at all. The battery size of the tablet is 8,340mAh, and there is support for 33W fast charging. The camera on the rear has a 13MP sensor, whereas the one on the front has an 8MP sensor.
Finally, Realme UI 3.0 for Pad runs out of the box.
