Yesterday Oppo unveiled its Flash Charge lineup that includes 125W Flash Charge, 65W AirVOOC Wireless Flash Charge, 110W mini Flash Charger & 50W mini SuperVOOC charger.
In case you don’t know, the Dart & SuperDart charging tech from Realme is just a rebranded VOOC & SuperVOOC from Oppo so it should not be a surprise that today, Realme announced the 125W UltraDart Charging tech in China.
With this much charging speed, a 4,000mAh battery can be charged up to 33% in a mere 3 minutes. The 125W UltraDart technology will operate at 10V – 12.5A & the first Realme phone supporting 125W Charging is coming next month!
One difference between the Oppo & Realme’s 125W charging tech is that while the one from Oppo has a higher voltage (up to 20V-6.25A), the one from Realme has higher current (10V-12.5A). This means the UltraDart tech from Realme draws a 12.5A current and then it is relayed across 10V Potential Difference.
Well, we don’t know anything about the upcoming Realme device with this charging technology so stay tuned for more information.
