In November last year, a leak revealed the specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE 3, which included a Snapdragon 695 chipset, a 108MP camera, a 120Hz LCD & more. This was quite surprising since the Nord CE 2 had better or exact specifications, such as a 90Hz AMOLED, Snapdragon 695, an ultrawide camera, etc. But now, we know the specifications leaked in November were for the Nord CE 3 Lite, not the Nord CE 3. MySmartPrice has shared the specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 & they are pretty interesting.
As per this new leak, OnePlus Nord CE 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset. If you have not heard of this chip, then that’s not an issue since not many phones have launched with this SOC. This chip was launched in November last year to replace the Snapdragon 778G+. The only phone we can think of which was launched with this chipset is the Honor 80.
This is a 6nm chip with the prime Cortex-A78 core clocked at up to 2.7GHz. Compared to the Snapdragon 778G+, the CPU is 5% faster & the GPU is 10% faster. The Nord CE 3 will be offered in 8GB or 12GB RAM options, along with 128GB and 256GB storage. The triple camera setup on the rear features a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, an 8MP ultrawide & a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP camera.
There is a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. Finally, the phone has a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate & an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The phone is expected to launch in July.
