OnePlus 5 is a hot topic these days in the smartphone world. The device is going to launch pretty soon, as the rumored launch date is June 15th. We have known quite a lot of things about the phone up to now like the Processor, Dual Camera setup, a thinner body, etc. A couple of months back, some alleged OnePlus 5 Camera Samples were leaked via TrueTech that suggested that the phone will feature a superb camera. Today, we have some more camera samples that hint at a Monochrome Dual Camera Sensor.

Basically, a Monochrome sensor has high light sensitivity, generates sharper images with superior resolution and gathers plenty of detail. Recently, OnePlus posted an image on Twitter with two different images compared side-by-side and one of them was shot from the OnePlus 5. So, the one shot with the OnePlus 5’s camera (the one of the right) was surely more sharp, had more details and the image showed that the camera of the phone is great to take photos in low lighting conditions. One thing that is clear about the camera up to now is that it will be a dual camera setup as revealed by the Box Pack shot that says – Dual Camera. Clearer Photos. Today, we also came to know that one of the two camera sensors on the rear of OnePlus 5 is a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture. So, let’s now take a look at some of the *Alleged* OnePlus 5 Camera Samples that leaked today –

The Images 2 and 3 hint at a Monochrome Dual Camer sensor on the OnePlus 5 that is a good thing and surely a big update in terms of the camera if we compare with the OnePlus 3 and 3T’s camera. As per the source, i.e TrueTech

Although we see a really balanced image, we do not have any idea about the dynamic range, since there isn’t a significant lighting shift noticeable in any of the pictures. Like last time, the only way to determine the whether the photos originate from the OnePlus 5 is to refer the EXIF or Metadata, but again, that can be altered pretty easily and cannot be straightforwardly trusted, which is why we do not endorse these pictures in any manner.
