Nubia Red Magic 3 major specs are out – 5,000mAh battery & 90Hz display

The Nubia Red Magic 3 is launching in China today, but ahead of the official unveiling, the major specifications of the phone were shared by a user on Weibo. We already know how the phone looks like since the real-life images are all over the internet by now. Now that the major specs have leaked, all that’s left to know is the price. Considering how aggressively the Red Magic Mars launched globally, we are expecting the same with the Red Magic 3.

Talking about the specifications, the Nubia Red Magic 3 has a 6.65-inch Full-HD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. So, after the Asus ROG Phone, this is the second gaming phone that we are getting with a 90Hz OLED panel. FYI, the upcoming OnePlus 7 Pro too has an OLED panel with the 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor & there is 8GB RAM along with 128GB storage. We are expecting more storage options as well.

There is a single camera on the rear & it is a 48 Megapixel unit with most probably the Sony IMX 586 sensor. On the front, the phone has a single 16MP camera. There is a massive 5,000mAh battery underneath which is something we expect on every gaming-centric phone. The phone has a USB Type-C port and also a headphone jack.

Due to the large battery & the cooling system, the thickness is 9.65mm & the Red Magic 3 weighs around 215 grams. So, what do you think of the design & the specifications of the Nubia Red Magic 3? Do you want it to launch globally? Do let us know via the comments section.
