Motorola is no longer the smartphone company that was once known for quick Android updates. The company is yet to roll out the Android Oreo update for last year’s G series devices, but as promised, the rollout will begin soon. From today, the soak test users of the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus in Brazil and other countries started getting Android 8.1 Oreo update which means the public rollout is going to happen pretty soon. If you don’t know, soak test users are just like the beta users for an early build of Android update.
