Moto G30 official renders surface ahead of the launch

It is a budget offering from the brand with Snapdragon 662 SOC

Moto G30 is an upcoming budget offering from the brand and while we still haven’t got anything about the launch date from Motorola, the official renders of the phone were shared by WinFuture today which give us a look at the design. The source also shared the specifications of the phone.

Design-wise, it isn’t different than the previously launched Motorola phones. There is a rectangular camera module on the rear that includes the Quad camera array in it and the LED flash. The fingerprint scanner is also placed on the rear. There are volume rockers, the power button, and an extra button that we suspect is there for Google Assistant. On the front, Moto G30 has a waterdrop notch and a thick bottom bezel. This is definitely not the best looking phone in its price segment.

As per the source, G30 has a 6.5-inch HD+ panel and there is Snapdragon 662 SOC. The phone comes with 6GB RAM along with 128GB storage and packs a beefy 5,000mAh cell underneath. The Quad camera setup includes a primary 64 Megapixel shooter paired with an 8 Megapixel ultrawide camera, a macro, and a depth sensor. On the front is an 8 Megapixel shooter. Finally, Android 11 runs out of the box.

There is no information on the pricing or the launch date yet so we’ll have to wait. Stay Tuned.
