First of all, the boot animation that you’re going to see on this phone is shown in the above image. So, it will say “Created with Google,” which clearly shows that this phone has been developed in partnership with Google. On the back, there is a 13 Megapixel camera, and this is an OmniVision OV13B10 sensor. The camera on the front has a 5 Megapixel sensor, and this one is a GC8034W sensor. The phone carries the model number “LS-5701” and runs on Android 11 Go Edition out of the box. Based on the boot animation, it is safe to say that the display resolution is 1440 x 720 pixels.

Speaking of the performance, JioPhone Next is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SOC, which is a two-year-old chipset from Qualcomm for entry-level smartphones. It is built on the 28nm fabrication process and has a Quad-core CPU with Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 1.3GHz. Nokia 1.3 & 1.4 are the entry-level phones from the brand that are having the same Snapdragon 215 SOC.

Well, JioPhone Next is said to be a sub-$50 smartphone which translates to well under Rs 4,000 in India, and for that price, these specifications are not bad at all! What are your thoughts? Do let us know via the comments section below.
