Recently, we got the official first look at the camera module design of the iQOO Neo 10 series. The series includes the iQOO Neo 10 & iQOO Neo 10 Pro smartphones. As we know, the Neo series usually includes two flagship phones, one with a Qualcomm chipset and the other with a MediaTek SOC. The same is going to be the case this time. The iQOO Neo 10 is rumored to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, whereas the Neo 10 Pro has the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400. Today, the brand confirmed it for the Neo 10 Pro.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 is built on TSMC’s 3nm manufacturing process, and it has a CPU with a 1 + 3 + 4 configuration. The prime core is the Cortex-X925 clocked at up to 3.63GHz. There are three Cortex-X4 cores clocked at up to 3.3GHz and four Cortex-A720 cores clocked at up to 2.4GHz. The single-core performance has improved by up to 35% and the multi-core performance by up to 28%.
There is an Immortalis G925 GPU that runs at 1612MHz and is 41% faster than the predecessor. The GPU offers up to 40% faster ray tracing performance and 44% better power efficiency.
Alongside the Dimensity 9400 SOC, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro also has the “Q2” chip, which the iQOO 13 has. This chip is used in demanding tasks such as gaming and improves the overall gaming experience.
The company also shared that the iQOO Neo 10 series has a massive 6,100mAh battery and supports 120W fast wired charging. Even with such a large battery, the body is as slim as 7.99mm. The Neo 10 series will launch with OriginOS 5.
