Here is the official first look at the iQOO 7 BMW Edition

Triple cameras + center hole-punch design

In August this year, iQOO 5 series launched in China with high-end specs such as the Snapdragon 865 SOC, a primary 50 Megapixel Samsung GN1 sensor, 120W Fast Charging (for the Pro version) & more. Well now, iQOO has given us the official first look at the upcoming iQOO 7. The company shared an image showing the rear design of the phone but was no mention of the launch date. iQOO did mention that this phone is the “official KPL game machine” (Translated from Chinese).

iQOO 7 Official First Look

Anyways, speaking of the design, the image shows the “BMW Edition” of the iQOO 7 since we can see a similar 3-stripes design that we saw on the iQOO 5 Pro BMW Special Edition. We can also notice the text on the middle strip that says “Fascination Meets Innovation”. In case you don’t know, it is the slogan of BMW M Motorsport. Speaking of the rest of the design, there is a rectangular camera module that has the triple camera setup, and the three cameras are arranged in a triangular fashion. We don’t see any Periscope-style zoom lens on the rear, so this is definitely the iQOO 7 and not the 7 Pro since the iQOO 5 Pro had a 5X Periscope camera on the rear.

iQOO 7 Design

Digital Chat Station shared the front design of the phone as well, and as seen in the image above, there is a centred hole-punch design, unlike the iQOO 5 series that had a hole-punch cutout on the top left corner.

Since the iQOO series phones are always powered by the high-end chipsets, we won’t be surprised to see the iQOO 7 launching with the Snapdragon 888. Anyways, there is no information on the specifications yet so stay tuned!
