In December last year, the iQOO 11 series was launched in the Chinese market, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The vanilla model was launched in the Indian market today, making it the first phone in India launched with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SOC. The price starts at ₹59,999, so it is very aggressive, considering how crazy the spec sheet of this device is.
Before the launch of this phone, the iQOO 9T was the most powerful phone offered by the brand in India. The iQOO 9T launched at ₹49,999, but the base variant had 128GB storage. On the other hand, iQOO 11 has launched with 256GB as the base. On top of that, you get ₹5000 discount if you use HDFC/ICICI Bank credit/debit cards for purchase which brings the starting price down to ₹54,999!
iQOO phones are known for their performance, and the iQOO 11 is no exception. It packs the fastest Qualcomm SOC, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. On the AnTuTu benchmark, the device scores over 1.3 Million points. Qualcomm has focused on balancing the performance and battery consumption with this new chip since it uses a new 1 + 2 + 2 + 3 architecture. The phone also has the fastest RAM and ROM combination, that is, LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0.
For an even better gaming experience, there is the Vivo V2 chip, dual X-axis linear motor, stereo speakers, pressure-sensitive areas on display, etc. For better thermals, the iQOO 11 has a Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System.
The display on the front is a 6.78-inch Quad-HD+ E6 AMOLED panel with 1-144Hz refresh rate, LTPO 4.0, 1800 nits peak brightness, 10-bit color depth, 1440Hz PWM dimming, and more.
iQOO 11 supports 120W fast charging, which can fully charge the 5,000mAh battery in 25 minutes.
There are three cameras on the rear. The primary camera has a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor with OIS, the ultrawide camera has an 8MP sensor, and the 2X telephoto camera has a 13MP sensor.
Android 13 runs out of the box with FuntouchOS 13. The phone will get three major Android OS updates.
