iQOO 11 benchmarked on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2

The multi-core score is 4800+

In July, iQOO 10 & 10 Pro launched in the Chinese market with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. With the Dimensity 9200 SOC already official & the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SOC launching this month, it would be interesting to see which company would be the first to launch a phone with these chipsets. Last month, a Samsung device was benchmarked on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SOC which scored around 4600 points in multi-core. And today, Digital Chat Station shared the Geekbench score of iQOO 11 on Weibo.

Speaking of the benchmark, iQOO 11 with the model number V2243A scores 1451 on single core and 4681 on multi-core. So the multi-core score is higher this time, compared to the benchmark of that Samsung device. But one interesting thing to note is that the benchmark test report of iQOO 11 shows the prime Cortex-X3 core having a 3.19GHz clock speed. On the other hand, the benchmark test report of the Samsung device showed the clock speed as 3.36GHz.

Anyways, the benchmark score of iQOO 11 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is higher than the Dimensity 9200, as per DCS. This should not be a surprise since the Dimensity 9200 has a CPU with one prime Cortex-X3 core clocked at up to 3.05GHz. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 has a prime core with a higher clock speed (3.19GHz).

The iQOO 11 series is expected to launch next month.
