The Asus Zenfone 6 launched in May last year & among all the phones with pop-up cameras, this device stood out with its unique flip camera. It was a great value for money smartphone but was overshadowed by phones like the Redmi K20 Pro & the OnePlus 7. Asus is now preparing for the launch of the successor & this time, there is more than one phone.
Asus Zenfone 7 Series is officially launching on August 26th in Taiwan & we are expecting at least two devices – a vanilla Zenfone 7 & a Zenfone 7 Pro.
As per previous reports, the Asus Zenfone 7 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chip whereas the Zenfone 7 Pro gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+. An upcoming Asus device (ASUS_1002D) was spotted on Taiwan’s NCC Certification Authority website which reveals that there is a 5,000mAh battery & 30W Fast Charging. The phone has up to 512GB internal storage. Now, this could be the Asus Zenfone 7, but that’s not yet confirmed.
