Asus Zenfone 6 has a 5,000mAH battery, 48MP camera & headphone jack

Asus is all set to launch its flagship, the Zenfone 6, on May 16th & we are getting more and more details of the phone every day. Now, the company revealed some more details of the phone & it looks like it is going to be a phone having almost everything, from all the necessary ports to a dedicated micro SD card slot & a massive battery.

Moreover, the Head of Global Marketing Operations at ASUS, Marcel Campos, shared an image on Instagram with a caption written in Morse Code that, when translated, revealed some more details related to the Asus Zenfone 6.

As the image above shows, the Asus Zenfone 6 comes with not only the USB Type-C port but also the 3.5mm headphone jack. So, Asus is one of the few brands that are still providing a 3.5mm audio jack on their flagships. Even OnePlus ditched the headphone jack with OnePlus 6T last year.

Moreover, the Zenfone 6 has a triple card slot which means there is a slot for adding two SIM cards as well as a micro SD card at the same time. This is something that we see only on the budget or mid-range devices as there are companies that don’t even provide a dedicated micro SD card slot in their flagships.

This time, the Zenfone 6 has an extra button on the right that the company calls “Smart Key.” We don’t know at the moment what it does, but it could be an alert slider like the one on OnePlus devices. Finally, the image also revealed that the Zenfone 6 has a notification LED, a tiny thing that is of great use.

Next, talking about the Morse Code shared by Marcel Campos, it reveals that the Asus Zenfone 6 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, dual cameras that include 48MP + 13MP sensors, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. The previous teaser revealed that the phone has a bezel-less & notch-less display.
