Alleged Google Pixel 4 camera specs leaked, telephoto camera confirmed

Google Pixel 4 & Pixel 4 XL definitely phones that everyone is waiting for as a lot is changed this time when compared to the previous generation. There are no multiple cameras & a new design for the front. Yesterday, the screen protectors of the phone(s) revealed that there is some mysterious sensor on the front as well. Now, the alleged Google Pixel 4 camera specs have been posted by a user on Twitter.

So, as per the user, the Pixel 4 has a primary 12MP camera, most likely the same camera as on the last year’s Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. There is a secondary 16MP telephoto camera & a third 0.3MP TOF sensor. So yes, there is no ultra-wide-angle camera, at least on the rear. Some camera features include Super SloMo video recording, 4K 60fps video recording & 10X SuperResZoom.

On the front, the Google Pixel 4 (Pixel 4 XL as well) has dual cameras like last year. So, there is a normal camera & a wide-angle camera. The user also said that there are indeed Soli radar components placed on the right side of the earpiece.

We don’t know whether these camera specifications are legit or not but looking at them, it looks like Google is going to take the smartphone photography to the whole new level this time. We have seen what Google Pixel phones can do with just a single camera & now that we have three camera sensors on the back, the Google Pixel 4 is definitely going to be the best camera phone of 2019.
