The Vivo X200 was launched in October last year with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and three 50MP sensors on the rear. The Vivo X300 series is set to launch soon, and we have already seen a ton of leaks and rumors.
Now, an image is making rounds on the internet that reveals the front look of the Vivo X300. The image was shared by Digital Chat Station on Weibo.

Do you remember the Vivo X200 Pro Mini? It was launched alongside the regular X200, and the ‘mini’ was a compact flagship with a 6.31-inch display. It was not launched in the global market, even though everyone wanted Vivo to bring this phone outside China. Well, it looks like we are finally getting a compact flagship from Vivo in the global market. Yes, the Vivo X300 is going to be a compact phone, unlike the Vivo X200, which featured a 6.67-inch display.
As per leaks, the X300 features a 6.31-inch display, the same size as the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. This is a 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED panel with an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner and hardware-level 1 nit low brightness. For comparison, the Vivo X200 & X200 Pro Mini featured an optical under-display fingerprint scanner. There is a Dimensity 9500 chipset, the upcoming flagship SOC from MediaTek.
As per reports, the Vivo X300 has a custom-made 1/1.4″ 200MP Samsung HPB sensor for the primary camera, a 50MP sensor for the ultrawide, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 sensor for the periscope telephoto camera. There is a 50MP sensor for selfies with autofocus. The phone is also said to have a USB 3.2 Type-C port.
Well, the Vivo X300 might very well be the phone to get if someone is looking for a compact device with the best set of specifications. Let’s see at what price the X300 is launched in the global market later this year.
