The Realme Neo 7 was launched in China in December last year with a massive 7,000mAh battery and the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Later in February this year, the Realme Neo 7 SE was launched in China with a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-MAX chipset. Today, the Realme Neo 7 Turbo was launched in the Chinese market, and it sits between the Neo 7 SE and Neo 7 in terms of price and specifications.
Design-wise, the Realme Neo 7 Turbo has a unique transparent design on the rear. There is a dual camera setup on the back, and the phone has a flat frame with a flat display. The phone is IP68 and IP68 certified. There are stereo speakers.
The phone packs the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, which is similar to the Dimensity 9300+. There is LPDDR4X RAM with UFS 4.0 storage. On the AnTuTu benchmark, the phone scores around 2.4 Million points. There is a massive 7700mm square vapor chamber for thermal management.
The battery is 7,200mAh, the biggest in the Realme Neo 7 lineup. There is 100W fast wired charging, and the phone also supports bypass charging.
Speaking of the display, the Realme Neo 7 Turbo has a 6.8-inch 1.5K BOE Q10 OLED panel with 6500 nits local peak brightness, 1800 nits global peak brightness, crystal armor glass protection, and bezels as slim as 1.3mm. There is an impressive 4608Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The phone has two rear cameras. The primary camera has a 1/1.953” 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with an f/1.8 lens and OIS support. There is a secondary ultrawide camera with a 1/4” 8MP OV08D10 sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor. The phone can shoot 4K 60fps videos from the primary rear camera, but the selfie camera is limited to 1080p 60fps video recording.
Finally, the phone runs on Realme UI 6.0, based on Android 15.
