Realme 10 4G with MediaTek Helio G99 launched in India

Price starts at ₹13,999!

A month ago, the Realme 10 Pro series was launched in the Indian market, which includes the Realme 10 Pro & Realme 10 Pro+. Today, the brand launched the vanilla model in India without 5G support. Realme 10 4G is now official in the Indian market, and this phone was initially launched in the global market in November last year. The main highlights include the design, the display & the performance.

Realme 10 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SOC, one of the most powerful chipsets currently in the sub-15K price segment in India. This is the same SOC that powers Poco M5 & Redmi 11 Prime. This 6nm chip has an octa-core CPU with performance-centric cores clocked at up to 2.2GHz. The GPU has a maximum frequency of 1.0 GHz. Realme says the phone scores 390,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmark, which is one of the highest scores in the segment.

There is a 6.4-inch display & unlike the Poco M5 & Redmi 11 Prime, the Realme 10 4G has an AMOLED display. The display has up to 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone also looks better than the two phones mentioned before since there is a hole punch design instead of a waterdrop notch.

On the rear, Realme 10 4G has two cameras, but only one is of any good use. The primary camera has a 1/2.76” 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 lens, and the secondary camera has a 2MP sensor for B&W shots. For selfies, there is a 16MP OV16A1Q sensor.

The battery size is 5,000mAh, and the phone supports 33W fast charging. Finally, Android 12 runs out of the box with Realme UI 3.0 on top.

Here is the pricing for the Indian market –

  • 4GB + 64GB – ₹13,999
  • 8GB + 128GB – ₹16,999

The first sale is on January 15, and you can get the phone via Flipkart, Realme India’s website, or stores near you.
