It’s not new that companies like Oppo or Vivo announce sub-brands and new product lines to launch smartphones. So far, we have seen that Oppo has sub-brands like Realme and OnePlus while Vivo recently announced ‘iQOO.’ Now, Oppo has announced a new ‘product line’ named Reno. It is worth mentioning that it’s a ‘Product Line’ and not a new sub-brand.
The announcement was made by the company’s Vice President, Brian Shen, on Weibo and it is not yet known when the first device under this new product line will be announced. It could be a high-end flagship or a mid-ranger. It could be a lineup similar to the Vivo iQOO so we might see a high-end phone with top of the line specs at an affordable price.
