UPDATE (JUNE 18) – HERE IS THE HANDS-ON VIDEO OF THE PHONE (VIA)

A couple of days ago the Asus ROG Phone 3 showed up on TENAA & the listing revealed not just the design but also the key specs of the upcoming gaming phone from the brand. Now today, the hands-on image of the phone was shared on Weibo by Digital Chat Station that gives us a good look at how the phone looks like in real life.

The hands-on image shows the triple camera array on the back & we can also notice the “64MP Quad Bayer” text written below the camera module. Just like the ROG Phone 2 Tencent Edition, there is “Tencent Gaming” branding on the back of the ROG Phone 3.

The phone seems to have an external vent just like the previous generation, but this time, the vent seems smaller than what we have seen on the ROG Phone 2. In short, the back is cleaner this time.

As we know already, the Asus ROG Phone 3 has a 6.59-inch AMOLED FHD+ display (120Hz or 144Hz), Overclocked Snapdragon 865 SOC, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.0 storage, a 6,000mAh battery, 30W Fast Charging and a 64 Megapixel primary rear camera.
