ZTE Axon 11 5G goes official with Snapdragon 765G

ZTE is a popular smartphone maker in China & in case you don’t know, Nubia (the brand behind Red Magic) is the subsidiary of ZTE. Today, ZTE launched a new smartphone in China named Axon 11 5G. Traditionally, the Axon series from ZTE has included premium flagships, but the ZTE Axon 11 5G is a mid-range device.

Starting at a price of 2,698 Yuan ($381), the device offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SOC, Quad cameras, an AMOLED display & more.

ZTE AXON 11 5G РDESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS 

Design-wise, the Axon 11 5G features a curved display on the front with a Waterdrop notch on top that houses the selfie camera. On the rear, there are Quad cameras placed in a square camera housing. A lot of branding has been done on the rear panel, starting from the camera specs, the ZTE logo and the Axon 5G text. The power button on the right side gets a custom paint job as well.

Talking about the specifications, the ZTE Axon 11 5G comes with a 6.47-inch AMOLED panel with Full-HD+ resolution & normal 60Hz refresh rate. There is Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SOC, 6/8GB RAM, and 128/256GB internal storage. The phone comes with a 4,000mAh battery and support for Quick Charge 4+.

On the rear, there is a Quad camera setup that includes a primary 64 Megapixel Samsung GW1 sensor, a secondary 8 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a third 2 Megapixel Macro camera & a fourth 2 Megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 20 Megapixel camera for selfies.

Finally, Android 10 runs out of the box with MiFavor 10 on top.

ZTE AXON 11 5G – PRICING & AVAILABILITY

The phone comes in three storage options & the colour options are Black & White. Here is the pricing for China –

  • 6GB + 128GB – 2,698 Yuan ($381)
  • 8GB + 128GB – 2,998 Yuan ($423)
  • 8GB + 256GB – 3,398 Yuan ($480)

The Axon 11 5G is up for pre-order in China.
