
The Realme GT 7 Pro was officially launched in November last year with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. In February this year, we got the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition with a lower price tag but the same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset as the GT 7 Pro. In April, the Realme GT 7 was launched in China with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. Now, the brand has launched the Realme GT 7 and Realme GT 7T in the global market.
As the names suggest, these are the successors of the Realme GT 6 and GT 6T, which were launched last year.
REALME GT 7T
Starting with the more affordable of the two, the Realme GT 7T has a similar design language as other phones under the GT 7 series. The phone has a square camera module on the back with dual cameras and a ring LED flash. There is a colored power button, a flat plastic frame, a flat display, IP68 + IP69 certification, and ArmorShell glass protection on the front.
Under the hood, the Realme GT 7T has the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-MAX chipset with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast wired charging. There is a massive 7700mm square vapor chamber inside, which the brand claims to be the largest in the industry.
The display is a 6.8-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED with a 6000 nits peak brightness, HDR10+ support, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and Dolby Vision support.
In terms of cameras, the Realme GT 7T has a dual camera setup on the rear. The primary camera has a 1/1.56″ 50MP Sony IMX896 sensor with an f/1.8 lens and OIS. There is an ultrawide lens for the second camera with an 8MP sensor. The selfie camera has a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor. The phone can shoot 4K 60fps videos from the rear and front cameras.
Finally, Realme UI 6.0 runs out of the box, based on Android 15.

REALME GT 7
The Realme GT 7 is a slightly upgraded version of the Realme GT 7T. The design is almost the same, except for an extra rear camera.
Compared to a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-MAX chipset in the GT 7T, the Realme GT 7 has the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset. The phone has the same 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The phone has a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 6000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support.
Speaking of cameras, the Realme GT 7 has a 1/1.56″ 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor for the primary rear camera with OIS support, an 8MP sensor for the ultrawide camera, and a 50MP sensor with a 2x telephoto lens for the third camera. The selfie camera has a 32MP sensor. The phone can shoot 8K videos from the primary rear camera at up to 30fps. There is 4K60fps video recording support from the primary rear camera, the telephoto camera, and the selfie camera.

Realme has also launched a “Dream Edition” of the Realme GT 7 which is the result of Realme’s collaboration with Aston Martin. This one comes in a green color with the iconic silver Aston Martin emblem on the back. The power button has a yellow paint job. The “Dream Edition” comes in a limited-edition gift box. The UI on this one is also tweaked to have elements related to Aston Martin and the green theme.
The Realme GT 7 Dream Edition comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It is priced at ₹49,999 / €899.
