The Samsung Galaxy F35 was never launched, but we did get the Galaxy F34 in August 2023. The Galaxy F34 was the same phone as the Galaxy M34 and featured an Exynos 1280 chipset, a massive 6,000mAh battery, a 120Hz AMOLED display with a notch, and Android 13. Well, the Samsung Galaxy F36 is now official in the Indian market, and this is the same phone as the Galaxy M36, launched last month in India.
Design-wise, the only difference between the F36 and the M36 is the color options. The Galaxy F36 comes in more vibrant color options, including Red, Violet, and Black. There is the same camera module design on the rear, the same front design with a waterdrop notch, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the front, a plastic back, and a plastic frame.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy F36 has the Exynos 1380 chipset, paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The storage is expandable via a microSD card of up to 2TB. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast wired charging.
The display is a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. Finally, the camera setup on the rear includes a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro camera. The primary rear camera can shoot 4K videos. There is a 13MP sensor for the selfie camera that can shoot 4K videos as well.
The phone runs on Android 15-based OneUI 7 out of the box, and the company has promised six OS updates for this device.
