OnePlus Pad, the company’s first Android tablet, was announced in February, but we didn’t get the pricing details. Today, the tablet was launched in the Indian and the European market. The starting price is ₹37,999 / €499, so it isn’t an entry-level or a budget Android tablet. Instead, this is a high-end tablet powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SOC.

Design-wise, the OnePlus Pad is identical to the Oppo Pad 2. Both tablets share the same design & specifications and only differ in branding. There is a CNC aluminum unibody design, a circular camera module for the single rear camera, and a 2.5D curved glass on the front. The tablet is quite slim at 0.65mm and weighs 552g.

On the front, OnePlus Pad has an 11.61-inch 10-bit LCD with 144Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, 2800 x 2000 pixels resolution, and 500 nits brightness. The aspect ratio of 7:5, and OnePlus calls it “ReadFit.” With this aspect ratio, this 11.61-inch panel can display the same area as a 12-inch display with a standard ratio. The bezels are 6.7mm, resulting in an 88% screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood, the tablet has the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip, paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The battery size is 9510mAh, and the charging speed is 67W.
